Lipped channels from small sizes 100 x 50 x 20 x 2 0 to very large sections 250 x 75 x 20 x 2 5 are carried in stock in various lengths. Items 1 to 10 of 47 total show 5 10 15 20 25. This material grade is 5005 up to and including 3mm above is grade 5083. Stocked in yellow red chevron blue super bright white and gloss black.

Powder coated metal sheets in white. We use a high quality paint system that offers a hard and abrasive resistant coating. Normally we apply polyester powder coating for stainless steel as corrosion is not a danger. A n t i q u e g o l d.

The finishes are still more than flexible enough for extensive forming and fabrication. We do however also use glass beads to get an anti glare effect on the stainless steel. A powder coated product made from stainless steel will give a thorough protection for many may years to come. Powder coating is applied dry because it is able to use electrostatics to adhere the coating material to the substrate being coated.

Prefinished white aluminum sheets gauges and sizes. Polar white available in 020 024 032 040 050 063 and 080 super bright white available in 032 040. Ibr sheets available in white and zincalume from 2 meters upto 10 meters in half a meter increments are carried in stock. Standard 4 x 8 and 4 x 10 sheet sizes on 040 to 1 4 thick aluminum.
